Students have continued to work hard as they progress through the program. The first portion of our 5th meeting was spent teaching students how to use Google Slides and prepare a presentation. Many of them have had experience with it in class but a few weren’t as familiar. The remainder of the meeting was spent discussing and deciding on a group cause.
The wide variety of student topics 
After debating and collaborating with peers, our students decided to focus on suicide as a group topic. Considering that these are 4th and 5th grade students that is quite the topic to consider. We will work to create a group service project in the coming meetings.
